

DIGITAL MONITOR GRAPHIC
This was implemented on TV monitors that are used in the retail locations. This was added to a rolling graphics display during the holiday season, along with other holiday promos. There are two versions as certain stores would use one versus the other based off the most commonly sold product for their specific location.

DIGITAL DISPLAY
Along with being printed and placed on counter space next to products being covered in the asset, this was converted to a digital graphic to be showcased on monitors around the entire retail store location.

WELCOME EMAIL
When a customer chooses to purchase our service along with their product on the client website, they receive a couple of emails. One of those emails is usually an order confirmation from the client, and the other would be our Welcome Email. The email lets the customer know key details about the service the chose to purchase, as well as ensuring delivery of the required terms and conditions.

BUY FLOW OPTIMIZATION
When a customer is going through the purchase flow, I work with clients on how to successfully implement our service offering into their natural buying journey. This includes providing copy, guidance on UX design, implementation of interstitial windows, etc.
